Perkembangan teknologi informasi memberikan peluang bagi digitalisasi berbagai kegiatan tradisional, termasuk proses pencabutan undian Pacu Jalur di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Selama ini proses pencabutan undian masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga rawan kesalahan, membutuhkan waktu yang lama, dan kurang transparan bagi peserta maupun panitia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi pencabutan undian Pacu Jalur berbasis website yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi proses penentuan nomor undian setiap jalur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan berorientasi objek, serta implementasi dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang dapat memfasilitasi proses input data jalur, pengacakan nomor undian secara otomatis, penyimpanan hasil undian, serta penyajian informasi secara real-time kepada panitia dan peserta. Dengan adanya sistem ini, proses pencabutan undian Pacu Jalur menjadi lebih cepat, akurat, dan mudah diakses, sekaligus mendukung upaya digitalisasi tradisi lokal di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi.
