Perancangan Sistem Informasi Antrian Pada Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik (LPSE) Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

Perancangan aplikasi antrian berbasis web untuk Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik (LPSE) di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan sebagai upaya untuk mengatasi masalah pengelolaan antrian yang sering dihadapi dalam proses pendaftaran dan pengajuan dokumen di LPSE, yang seringkali menyebabkan waktu tunggu yang lama dan ketidakefisienan dalam administrasi. Penelitian dimulai dengan analisis mendalam terhadap sistem antrian yang ada serta kebutuhan pengguna LPSE. Dari analisis tersebut, dirancanglah sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan berbagai fitur untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses antrian. Implementasi aplikasi dilakukan dengan tujuan utama untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan antrian. Uji coba sistem menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini efektif dalam mengurangi waktu tunggu dan meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna, dengan umpan balik positif dari para pengguna yang mencakup kemudahan akses dan penggunaan. Dengan keberhasilan aplikasi ini, diharapkan proses pengadaan barang dan jasa di LPSE Kuantan Singingi dapat berjalan lebih lancar dan lebih efisien. Aplikasi ini diharapkan menjadi solusi yang bermanfaat bagi peningkatan layanan LPSE serta sebagai model untuk pengembangan sistem serupa di masa depan.
