Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong kebutuhan sistem yang lebih efisien dalam pengelolaan data tamu di instansi pemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi buku tamu berbasis web untuk Bagian Organisasi dan Tata Laksana Pemerintah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka guna mengidentifikasi kebutuhan sistem serta kendala dalam pengelolaan data tamu secara manual. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pencatatan, penyimpanan, serta pelaporan data kunjungan tamu secara digital. Dengan implementasi sistem ini, proses administrasi di Bagian Organisasi dan Tata Laksana menjadi lebih terstruktur dan akurat.
