This study aims to design and implement a robust multi-protocol temperature monitoring system combining modular ESP-IDF firmware and an asynchronous collector server. The system integrates an ESP32 microcontroller interfaced with a Bosch BMP280 temperature sensor and Texas Instruments INA226 digital power monitor over a shared 400 kHz I2C bus, supporting dynamic MQTT (QoS 0 and QoS 1) and RESTful HTTP POST transmission. The receiver architecture combines an asynchronous FastAPI server, Mosquitto MQTT subscriber, and SQLite database in Write-Ahead Logging mode with Pydantic validation. Functional testing confirmed successful hardware initialization, drift-free FreeRTOS task scheduling via xTaskDelayUntil, SNTP epoch synchronization, and structured JSON telemetry parsing. The implemented system demonstrated 100% data reception across 810 experimental test records, validating the modular firmware and dual-transport architecture for smart IoT telemetry applications.
