Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Cafe Berbasis Web dengan Multi-User Role untuk Pengelolaan Penjualan, Keuangan dan Pencetakan Struk

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong pelaku usaha untuk memanfaatkan sistem digital dalam mendukung pengelolaan operasional secara lebih efektif dan terintegrasi. Cafe Satu Tiga masih mengalami kendala dalam pengelolaan data penjualan, pencatatan transaksi, dan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan data serta memperlambat proses pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi cafe berbasis web dengan fitur multi-user role untuk pengelolaan penjualan, keuangan, dan pencetakan struk otomatis. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD), sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL, serta framework Bootstrap sebagai pendukung antarmuka sistem. Fitur multi-user role diterapkan untuk membedakan hak akses admin, kasir, dan pemilik cafe sesuai tugas masing-masing pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu membantu proses pengelolaan data produk, transaksi penjualan, laporan keuangan, dan pencetakan struk secara lebih cepat, akurat, dan terstruktur. Berdasarkan pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box Testing, seluruh fitur utama sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna sehingga mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional pada Cafe Satu Tiga.
