Effective and transparent financial management is an important factor in supporting good governance in higher education institutions. At Universitas Satya Terra Bhinneka, the process of recording and managing student and organizational unit finances still faces several challenges, including the use of manual systems, limited access to financial information, and the potential for data entry errors. This study aims to develop an Android-based financial management application that assists users in recording income and expenses in a structured, accurate, and accessible manner. The development method employed in this study is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall model, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results indicate that the developed application improves the efficiency of financial recording, facilitates real-time monitoring, and generates systematic financial reports. Based on the results of functional testing and user testing, the application is considered feasible for use as a supporting solution for financial management within the university environment.
