Sistem Monitoring Terpadu Berbasis Web sebagai Sarana Pengawasan Aplikasi Internal di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi sebagai instansi yang bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan teknologi informasi daerah menghadapi permasalahan terkait proses monitoring aplikasi internal yang masih dilakukan secara terpisah dan belum terintegrasi dalam satu sistem terpadu. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan keterlambatan informasi, kesulitan dalam pemantauan kinerja aplikasi, serta kurang optimalnya proses pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem monitoring terpadu berbasis web sebagai sarana pengawasan aplikasi internal di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi berbasis web dengan fitur utama berupa pemantauan status aplikasi, pengelolaan data aplikasi, pelaporan kondisi sistem, serta pengaturan hak akses pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem monitoring terpadu berbasis web mampu menyediakan informasi kondisi aplikasi secara terpusat dan real-time, sehingga mempermudah proses pengawasan dan evaluasi kinerja aplikasi internal. Selain itu, sistem yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan aplikasi serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan oleh pihak manajemen. Dengan demikian, sistem monitoring terpadu ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan teknologi informasi di lingkungan Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi.
