Desa Koto Lubuk Jambi merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik yang memiliki berbagai aset desa, baik berupa tanah, bangunan, kendaraan, maupun peralatan lainnya yang memerlukan pengelolaan secara tertib dan akurat. Selama ini, pendataan aset desa masih dilakukan secara manual, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan, kehilangan data, serta kesulitan dalam proses pelaporan dan pelacakan. Untuk itu, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat membantu proses pendataan aset desa secara digital dan terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pendataan aset desa berbasis web, guna meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan aset serta transparansi informasi kepada pihak terkait. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model waterfall, dimulai dari tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, hingga pengujian. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi berbasis web yang memungkinkan admin desa untuk mencatat, memperbarui, dan memantau data aset secara real-time, serta menghasilkan laporan aset dengan lebih mudah dan akurat. Dengan adanya sistem ini, proses pengelolaan aset desa menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan transparan.
