Arsitektur Sistem Informasi Web untuk Pengendalian Kasus Narkotika di BNN Kuansing

Penyalahgunaan narkotika merupakan ancaman serius yang memerlukan penanganan terpadu dan cepat, khususnya di daerah seperti Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Saat ini, Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) Kuansing masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam mengelola data kasus, pelaporan masyarakat, serta koordinasi antar instansi karena keterbatasan sistem informasi yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang arsitektur sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat mendukung pengendalian kasus narkotika secara lebih efisien, akurat, dan terintegrasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, serta pendekatan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dalam perancangan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan sistem informasi yang mencakup modul pelaporan kasus, manajemen data, serta fitur edukasi kampanye anti-narkoba. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kecepatan respons, transparansi data, dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam upaya pencegahan narkotika. Dengan dukungan teknologi informasi, BNN Kuansing dapat menjalankan fungsinya secara lebih optimal dalam menanggulangi penyalahgunaan narkotika di wilayah kerjanya.
