Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menentukan kriteria-kriteria yang relevan dan penting yang akan digunakan dalam penilaian untuk menentukan penerima Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman serta merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web menggunakan metode AHP. Dengan menggunakan metode AHP dalam mengolah data dan menghasilkan ranking penerima BPNT berdasarkan kriteria dan bobot yang telah ditentukan. Implementasi metode ini harus menghasilkan hasil yang akurat dan dapat diandalkan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Padang Pariaman melakukan proses distribusi bantuan pangan non tunai (BPNT) pada target yang tepat, Menciptakan suatu sistem yang mampu membantu proses dinas sosial kabupaten padang pariama dalam mendistribusikan bantuan pangan non tunai (BPNT) hal ini dapat mempermudah dinas sosial kabupaten padang pariaman dalam mendistribusikan bantuan pangan non tunai (BPNT) ke masyarakat dan pada aplikasi yang dibangun ini menggunakan kriteria pekerjaa, jumlah pendapatan dan jumlah tanggungan. Dalam kriteria yang diperoleh tersebut akan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan untuk menentukan keputusan yang baik dalam mendistribusikan penerimaan bantuan pangan non tunai (BPNT) secara tepat.
