Pemilihan Ketua Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS) merupakan salah satu kegiatan penting dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai demokrasi, kepemimpinan, dan tanggung jawab kepada peserta didik. Namun, proses pemilihan Ketua OSIS di SMP Negeri 3 Taluk Kuantan masih dilakukan secara konvensional, sehingga menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan seperti kurangnya efisiensi waktu, potensi kesalahan penghitungan suara, serta rendahnya transparansi dan akurasi data. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, diperlukan suatu sistem yang mampu mendukung proses pemilihan secara lebih efektif dan terkomputerisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Pemilihan Ketua OSIS Berbasis Web pada SMP Negeri 3 Taluk Kuantan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem yang dikembangkan memiliki fitur pengelolaan data pemilih, data calon Ketua OSIS, proses pemungutan suara secara daring, penghitungan suara otomatis, serta penyajian hasil pemilihan dalam bentuk laporan yang informatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dibangun mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pelaksanaan pemilihan Ketua OSIS, mempercepat proses penghitungan suara, serta meningkatkan transparansi dan akurasi hasil pemilihan. Selain itu, sistem ini memudahkan pihak sekolah dalam melakukan pengelolaan data dan dokumentasi pemilihan Ketua OSIS secara digital.
