Perancangan dan Implementasi Aplikasi Pendataan Drainase Rusak di Lingkungan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

Drainase merupakan infrastruktur penting dalam pengelolaan air hujan untuk mencegah banjir dan genangan yang dapat mengganggu aktivitas masyarakat. Di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, proses pendataan drainase rusak masih dilakukan secara manual dengan pencatatan konvensional, sehingga menimbulkan keterlambatan, rawan kesalahan, dan sulit dalam pengelolaan data secara terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi pendataan drainase rusak berbasis sistem informasi untuk mempermudah proses pencatatan, pengelolaan, serta pelaporan kondisi drainase. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mampu mendukung pengelolaan data drainase secara cepat, akurat, dan terintegrasi. Selain itu, sistem ini memberikan kemudahan bagi petugas lapangan dalam mendata kerusakan drainase serta membantu pimpinan dinas dalam menentukan prioritas perbaikan infrastruktur. Implementasi aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan drainase rusak di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi.
